■ How to become our Online Wholesale Member?

Please click below button and fill out the form then press the submit button or dowload the excel form on the top right corner, fill out the information and then fax or e-mail to us.

■ Minimums Order Requirement:

1. The minimum wholesale order of the total amount of US $750.00 is required for each shipment.
2. The total amount of US $600.00 is calculated after all the discount and excludes the shipping charges.
3. The minimum re-order amount is US$173.00 of wholesale account.

■ Payment:

All orders must be paid before shipping occurs via T/T or Paypal to our bank account. After the payment is completed, you will receive email from us to confirm your order.

■ International Shipping:

There are extra delivery charges for international shipping. All orders will be shipped by EMS(International Express Mail Service), unless you specify the shipping methods and send your special request to service@ican-design.com . After the shipment, you will receive the shipment notification email with tracking number.

■ Returning:

Returns will be accepted. The return claim must be filed in 7 days after the receipt of merchandises. We will issue you a RN# (Return Number), and you should mail the returned goods back to us in 7 days. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied to the shipping charges. After we receive the returned merchandises, we will refund you via T/T or Paypal to your bank account.
